Chinese Conversion Convert Fisker

Since 2020 Toyota and mining giant BHP have been testing a LandCruiser 70-Series converted to electricity by Tembo e-LV locally. That vehicle is the Fisker Ocean SUV, which is due in 2023 (the company has been pushing hard with pre-orders for years). It has sold utes in Australia for years but the new model is its best effort yet.

BYD – Chinese car maker (the name means Build Your Dreams) has huge plans for Australia, including a range of SUVs and a sports sedan. It’ll be on sale in 2025, possibly as the A9 e-Tron.

For years now, inventors and sellers of electric car conversion kits have been blasting traditional automakers for not providing the 100 m.p.g. based Fisker plans to produce just 15,000 plug-in hybrids a year, starting later this year, with pricing to start at $87,900. The 100 m.p.g. The Irvine, Calif.-based based Tesla Motors Inc.

Line breaks and paragraphs are automatically converted — no need to use or tags.

Theres a company in Guernsey (a UK island) which does conversions (the Mk1 shape), but I want a current shape model and a 60 mile range is just fine. i also would like to see the traditional really small van like cars that deliver normally converted to electric, they never travel that far a distance, always have to come back to the distribution centre and certainly take more then 5 min ( 5 min quick charge electric) to fill with mail again before they go out.
