The first participants included Google, Hertz Rent-a-Car, Duke Energy and Clemson University, with installations in the Spring of 2012.

The Flagstaff EAA was thrilled and honored to have EV Jerry and his plug-in hybrid car "the Spirit of DC" visit on Sunday 2/22. We were able to partake in the sacred ritual of "getting the finger", or putting a Flagstaff EAA sticker on his car. On Saturday 2/21 Jerry joined us, Ward Davis and his wife Bracken for dinner.

Foundation for Skydio’s drones can be traced back to Adam’s work on autonomous agile drones at MIT , and after spending a few years at Google working on Project Wing’s delivery drones , Adam cofounded Skydio in 2014. So there have been many studies that have been done for car racing, Formula One, back in the 80s and 90s.
