It is aggressively in talks with Portland General Electric Plug-In Charging Stations , ( POR ) and other states including Michigan, and California that are scrambling to offer incentives. The MiEV runs on a lithium-ion battery pack that can be charged in seven or so hours on a 240-volt line. They will not meet my needs.
