A steady road warrior Clean Fleet Report was in the Taos SEL 4Motion for a week, spending most of our time on Southern California freeways. mpg, but in a 99-mile highway run at 65 mph, we averaged 34.3 Fuel economy is EPA-rated at 28 mpg city/36 highway/31 combined for the FWD Taos, with the 4Motion rated at 25/32/28.

(In In this paper PHEV refers solely to the long-range PHEV of 60 miles (100 km) electric-only range.) It is much more than that.

Kia recently invited members of the automotive press to drive the 2023 Kia Sportage Hybrid and X-Pro in sunny Palm Springs, California. Departing the Kimpton Rowan Hotel in downtown Palm Springs, we headed-up the Palms To Pines Highway (California Highway 74) that starts at 250-foot elevation and crests at 6,500. Room for adults.
