It is aggressively in talks with Portland General Electric Plug-In Charging Stations , ( POR ) and other states including Michigan, and California that are scrambling to offer incentives. In the end, gasoline won out because it was the cheapest and delivered the most energy per unit, but it took 20 years to sort out. aren’t there yet.
