Renewables That Even Coal-Based Utilities Can Love. Instead they could buy back electricity at peak hours from vehicle drivers. So while my car is powering the great city during the day how will I have juice to drive home at the end of the day? Seattle says it intends to help develop the charging network; consider incentives for buying and using the cars, and creating charging stations; consider regulatory changes to support the cars, such as streamlined permitting for installing charging outlets; and consider leasing or buying the cars for its fleet.
