They are either glorified golf cart city cars like this one or they are only for the very wealthy like the Tesla. Furthermore, changing the battery pack on say a Toyota Prius often costs a fortune, at least in most European countries, so such cars better be VERY cheap, but they’re not. GM will leapfrog Toyota and Honda by providing an electric car to the masses by the end of next year.
