Longer term, California, the Canadian province of Nova Scotia, Japan, and Western Australia are all looking to the sea to help meet their demands for hydrogen. Why all the hype about hydrogen?

Additionally, I had a close frind out in California that just about creamed in his pants when he was able to lease one. If our country is going to spend money like a drunk sailor we should have spent it on building renewable energy power plants like Wind and Geothermal. And its the law here in the US.
