Polestar, the electric performance car brand jointly owned by Volvo Car Group and Zhejiang Geely Holding, unveiled the Polestar 2 electric fastback in an online reveal from Polestar’s headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden. In common with all Polestar cars, Polestar 2 will only be available for ordering online. Pre-ordering is open.

The Tesla Model 3 sedan and the Tesla Model X SUV are Google’s most searched for electric vehicles globally, according to new data from a price comparison website. For example, Sweden’s most popular EV in Google searches was the Polestar 2. Why the Model X is so popular in these regions specifically is unknown.

In an announcement on its official @TeslaCharging Twitter account, the electric vehicle maker revealed that non-Tesla vehicles could now charge at selected Superchargers in Austria, Belgium, Spain, Sweden, and the UK. Non-Tesla vehicles can now charge at select Superchargers in Austria, Belgium, Spain, Sweden and the UK via the Tesla app.
