Electrically-chargeable vehicles (ECVs)—battery-electric and plug-in hybrid electric vehicles—accounted for 1.5% of total EU car sales in 2017.

We set out to build a library of components that, with the right set of software tools, could be mixed and matched or plugged and played or could be trusted in terms of the way the models are built and validated. MFC members included Toyota, GE Energy, VW, Suzuki, Petrobras and Conoco. The MFC is ending its work in December.
