By Kamlesh We managed to recharge the car from 40% to 60% in 15 minutes! J ust the wH/km has come d own drastically to 123 wH/km, due to my light foot and big news - the regen has kicked in! Last fall, Buffett’s MidAmerican Energy Holdings unit of Berkshire Hathaway (Stock Quote: BRK.A ) paid $230 million for a 10% stake in BYD Auto (short for “build your dreams”), based in Shenzhen, China. Plugging In BYD’s all-electric E6 mid-sized vehicle can run for 250 miles on a single charge and tops out at 100 miles per hour.
