" President Obamas auto task force doesnt see it that way. Toyota Prius modders have already been adding larger batteries so the vehicle can run on battery power. when bio-batteries are invented (through DNA splicing) you can just swamp them into the EV1 plug and play style) cant do that crap with the Volt.
