It will appear in Europe next year as the Opel Ampera and in Australia as the Holden Volt in 2012. South Korea did that and Australia is going to be doing that. Generating electricity from wind and geothermal rather than a CO2 producing sources would help alleviate that problem. The car is expected to cost around $40,000.
