Plug-ins can be moving the USA to regain its energy independence with good ole homegrown American, if not Arizona solar, electrons! with lots of conversion opportunities definitely abounding in Nogales.

The general theme (and purpose) is: Plug-in Arizona! Bisbee, Cochise County 2.
