The California Air Resources Board (CARB) has released the draft 2022 Climate Change Scoping Plan —the third update to the state’s initial 2008 Scoping Plan. Development of the plan also included public engagement including over a dozen workshops, webinars or public meetings over the past year. 100% of LDV sales are ZEV by 2035.
