Los Angeles Harbor Commission Launches 2009 Alternative Fuel Truck Incentive Program with $44.2M

This initiative follows a 2008 incentive program that put into service more than 2,200 trucks that currently meet or exceed 2007 US EPA emission standards. ICF report finds California Low Carbon Fuel Standard can be achieved with modest changes in diversity of fuels
