FedEx Express fleet exceeds 2020 fuel improvement goal of 20%; sets new goal of 30% improvement compared to 2005

FedEx Express has exceeded its original goal of a 20% improvement in global vehicle fleet fuel economy by 2020, as compared to 2005, with a more than 22% cumulative improvement in fuel economy for its vehicles. To date, these vehicles have traveled more than 15 million miles in revenue service.

KCL study finds London air pollution from traffic improving, but continues to exceed limits in many parts of city

The study, published as an open-access paper in the journal Environmental Pollution , examined trends in air pollution over a ten-year period spanning 2005 to 2014, using data collected from 65 roads. Overall, there was a decrease in total traffic between 2005 and 2014, mainly explained by the reduction in cars and taxis.

Nissan Updates on Nissan Green Program 2010; New Vehicle CO2 Needs to Be Reduced 90% by 2050
