Automakers will push for changes in the California ZEV mandates. California’s zero emission vehicle (ZEV) regulations require volume automakers to sell a minimum number of PEVs each year in the state. By 2022, not even California will meet the 10% ZEV requirement. Nonetheless, 2014 may be a breakout year for e-motorcycles.
