Remembering Former IEEE President Ken Laker

In addition to sharing his time and talents with IEEE, he was a professor of electrical engineering for 35 years at the University of Pennsylvania , in Philadelphia. In 2000 he helped found DFT, which manufactured test equipment for high-speed semiconductor interfaces. He co-authored four textbooks on microelectronic systems.
