Tesla has trademarked the “CYBERBACKPACK,” according to United States Patent Office filings, perhaps indicating the electric automaker has purchased the rights to a fan’s idea for a backpack inspired by the company’s electric pickup. Initially spotted by Electrek , the CYBERBACKPACK was originally a fan idea.

Tesla has filed a new trademark application with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, but it isn’t for the Cyberquad itself. Instead, the patent covers two classes: Games, Toys and Sporting Goods, and Clothing. Interestingly, Tesla does not yet hold the trademark for the Cyberquad itself.

Interestingly enough, GigaBier might very well be the first product from the “Cyberquad” trademark Tesla filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) last month. However, the “Cyberquad” trademark Tesla recently filed for with the USPTO was not for its ATV.

In September, Tesla filed a trademark application with the United States Patent and Trademark Office for the “Cyberquad” name. However, the new trademark was not for the “cyber” ATV unveiled with the Cybertruck. The Cyberwhistle hints at how other Tesla “cyber” products could do in the future.

Tesla has officially entered the restaurant business, as a new trademark application from the electric automaker is currently being processed by the United States Patent and Trademark Office. ” The documents were found by u/lgats on the TeslaMotors subreddit.
