It’s a throttle-enabled Class 2 folding electric bike with 20″ wheels, a max speed of 20 mph (32 km/h) and a motor rated for 300W continuous and 720W peak. It’s not going to be the strongest hill climber, but it does get going quickly on flat and modestly hilly terrain.

In a few unofficial runs, the Prius AWD we were driving, with dual motors and 196 horsepower and 139 pound-feet of torque, did 0-60 mph in about 7.0 Toyota lists the Prius FWD with a single motor going 0-60 mph in 7.2 Our time was spent on dry pavement negotiating San Diego County highways and city traffic.
