It was a Manufacturing Failure, as GM NEVER planned to build the car in Volume, so No Economies of Scale were ever achieved. Then consider that in order to actually go any farther than the neighbood store, one still had to have ANOTHER car. run the hardware store and buy a new one. WTF do they need ANOTHER $10.3B
