It’s now or never if humans hope to prevent the mercury from increasing by 1.5° It’s possible to construct off-grid charging stations, but they come with hassles, such as storing power when the sun doesn’t shine. Engineers and legal minds will continue to address the problems keeping such facilities from proliferating.

Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G) is the concept of using stored energy in a plug-in hybrids (or electric cars) battery to send power to the electrical grid when necessary. At the moment, only 2004-2007 Priuses , and to a limited extent, the Ford Escape/Mercury Mariner Hybrids. Whats Vehicle-to-Grid and why would I like it?
