Duke Energy is proposing a $76-million initiative to spur EV adoption across the state of North Carolina—the largest investment in electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure yet in the Southeast US. In a filing with the North Carolina Utilities Commission (NCUC), Duke Energy outlined its program that will provide incentives to customers.

Earlier this year, Nissan Nissan North America (NNA) selected AeroVironment to supply electric vehicle home-charging stations and installation services supporting the introduction of the LEAF.
