Using electric power only, the car will take you 16 miles before the 12.0kWh Lithium-ion battery needs to be recharged. inch driver info display, dynamic cruise control, and a hands-free trunk. A Federal Tax Credit will knock off $5,836. A Level 1 wall socket replenishes the battery in around 10 hours.

Tax credits are another great reason to drive a hybrid or PHEV. The 2021 330e qualifies for a $5,836 federal tax credit. With both the gas engine and the electric motor at work, the 2021 330e achieves an EPA-rated 67MPGe. Combined city/highway without the e-motor on is 25mpg.

Currently only two EVs in the US are made in China, the Polestar 2 and Volvo S90 Recharge Plug-in Hybrid. But the excellent Volvo EX30 is set to release this year at a starting price of $35k, which was inclusive of the 25% credit. We imagine more info will come on that soon. It’s long but I’d encourage giving it a read.
