The Piaggio MP3 is a three wheeled maxi-scooter already being sold in the USA! Note however there are two small fore and aft wheels so it doesnt fall on its back or face). by thelemurking April 7, 2009 7:58 AM PDT Im waiting for the Piaggio MP3 Hybrid to come out in 2010. America is too much into BIG. Big everything.

Under current law, a credit is available for each new qualified fuel cell vehicle, hybrid vehicle, advanced lean burn technology vehicle, and alternative fuel vehicle placed in service by a taxpayer during the taxable year.
