The cells are stored in a special low-temperature area. Each trolley is kitted out with all the components that are required for making the bike.

Then consider that in order to actually go any farther than the neighbood store, one still had to have ANOTHER car. Why grant them the privledge to spend our money in the first place? run the hardware store and buy a new one.
