The trucks will be tested in various locations, including Google in the Bay Area, the City of Santa Monica and the Port of Los Angeles. The demonstration vehicles include tree maintenance trucks and a telephone pole installation truck. Users of New Leaf fuel include the US Navy, and the cities of San Diego, Oceanside and Chula Vista.

A grid-tied PV system is a lot less complicated, is easier to install and takes far less maintenance than a battery-based system and that was I was there to learn, but that’s not all Scott Carlson our instructor wanted to teach us. The amazing thing is that after taking PV 101 & 102 I understand this wiring diagram.
