Volvo Cars has opened order books for the XC40 Recharge P8 AWD ( earlier post ), the company’s first fully electric car which is based on the best-selling SUV, in selected markets. Production and the first customer deliveries of the XC40 Recharge P8 are scheduled to begin later this year.

They have a global exclusivity arrangement with their Chinese suppliers for their model moulds. So each of them can store about 0.15 I googled and 1500 F capacitors are available. This makes fast recharging possible and provides high currents when needed. More than Rs. 20 cr has been invested in the project.

Unlike petrol cars where filling up requires a trip to the petrol station, you can recharge at home or anywhere with access to electricity.
