Wang signed an agreement last year with Autobinck, a Dutch dealer group, to distribute its cars in the Netherlands and five Eastern European countries. Ted Kulongoski arrived to test-drive an electric car and urge the company to import through the port of Portland. The company hasnt yet decided whether it will enter the U.S.
