It has some frame issues, but it's also been a daily driver and the seller has a frame repair kit available. There are one-inch lift shackles for all four corners, with the fronts installed. The ask is a very low $2,000.

Some previous Prius plug-in conversion kits allowed motorists to go as fast as 52 miles per hour using a “forced stealth” mode.

If that’s your theory then you may have to re-evaluate after Ponway, California-based Plug-In Conversions Corp (PICC) completed a software upgrade conversion kit that enables all-electric mode driving at up to 70mph in a converted Prius. The software upgrade will retail for $2,000-$2,500 and be made available for sale later this month.

Installation is separate (and costs can vary widely), and GM has partnered with Qmerit, a national EV charging installation company, to make it easier for customers to find an installer. The systems can be bought separately or bundled together for $7,299. Batteries will be available in 10, 17, and 35kWh packages.

Last year Oregon had also aggressively negotiated with the Chinese carmaker, BYD , to manufacture its line of plug-in hybrids in the state for sale in the U.S.) And in a deal similar to the one already in place between Oregon and Nissan, Mitsubishi said it also plans to release its upcoming electric vehicle models the state.
