The head of Chryslers ENVI division, Lou Rhodes, told AutoblogGreen this morning that Chrysler is marketing this battery-only version of the van to commercial fleet customers who typically have shorter range requirements. For extended range I guess one could carry a fairly modest generator set in the trunk to avoid ever being stranded. Companies like ECOtality are already working with Nissan, which seems to have given up on battery swapping. Read reviews, get free pricing, and much more.
