The market electric vehicles (EVs) in Europe could potentially grow to 480,000 units by 2015, according to a new report by business research and consultancy firm, Frost & Sullivan. To encourage faster EV adoption, the report suggests that a key opportunity for European governments is to take the lead in developing battery technology.
