Additionally, research released last year by EPRI and the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) pointed to the potential of PHEVs to lower greenhouse gas emissions.

Google.org to to Accelerate Plug-In Hybrid and Vehicle-to-Grid Technology Google.org , the philanthropic arm of Google Inc. EPRI-Daimler-Chrysler Plug-In Hybrid Development Program : Daimler-Chrysler, working with EPRI and others, has produced a small number of PHEV (15-passenger) Dodge Sprinter vans for fleet testing purposes.
