Clean Vehicle Tax Credits Clean vehicle tax credits kicked into high gear in 2023. New federal EV tax credits were expanded and updated, and credits for used and commercial EVs became available for the first time in January.

First introduced in 1998, the Civic GX is the cleanest internal combustion vehicle certified by the EPA—90% cleaner than the average gasoline-powered car on the road today.

The Civic GX was actually first introduced in 1998 and is the cleanest internal combustion vehicle certified by the EPA - it is around 90 per cent cleaner than the average petrol powered car. It has been certified as an Inherently Low Emissions Vehicle by the EPA and is the only natural gas powered car available in all 50 states.
