In Japan, Toyota is introducing the C + walk T , a three-wheeled electric scooter designed for walking areas. The C + walk T uses in-wheel motors: a brushless DC motor is located in the front wheel, enabling smooth acceleration, deceleration, and turning. hours using the included AC 100 V charging device.

Mr Inoue attended the Australian launch of the Solterra, explaining that in his work developing the Solterra he would spend Monday and Tuesday with Subaru, and Wednesday and Thursday some 400km away with Toyota. The Crosstrek ahead spent much of the trail three-wheeling, while the Solterra remained surprisingly composed.

Seemingly this will be most excellent for the three wheeled Xtreme BugE EVenture, coming in June 2010, that Charlie along with his sidekick, TR (Tyrannusaurus Rex - a cuty as heck mini-dachhund) will be driving from DC to LA and return. along with the "Spirit of DC" with Tagalong, EVJerr, and an EVADC support team as well.
