It helps increase the claimed WLTP driving range 81km to 568km and the max recharging rate from 155kW to 205kW. DC fast charging 10-80 per cent can be theoretically completed as quickly as 28 minutes. That it theoretically goes further and recharges faster (we’ve yet to drive far enough to verify that) than before is more good news.
