Dronning Louise’s Bro (Queen Louise’s Bridge) connects inner Copenhagen and Nørrebro and is frequented by many cyclists and pedestrians every day. However, there has been public pushback over how to pay for the plan and its push to decrease personal driving by imposing a mileage tax.

The four-door sedan will deliver 40 miles on a charge; a small gasoline engine will recharge the battery as it approaches depletion, extending its range by as much as 200 miles. I blame management but it is sad that the engineers and union workers are going to get hurt too. Engineering proptypes enjoy a tax break.
