I spent years in blissful blindness, never thinking about tailpipe emissions unless I was trying to tune an engine. When we talk about fleet vehicles, I tell them that even though the initial purchase price for an EV is higher, the overall lower total cost of ownership will demonstrate fiscal responsibility to taxpayers.
