That way you have a fair basis of comparison, you know, apples to apples and all that jazz. To get the most mileage, one could not have the radio, the A/C, or the headlights on. Then consider that in order to actually go any farther than the neighbood store, one still had to have ANOTHER car. The Democrats have reached too far.
