Ford Motor Company is resuming production at Cleveland Engine Plant No. 1, which becomes the first manufacturing site to build Ford’s new fuel-efficient EcoBoost engines. liter EcoBoost V-6 engines that will be optional on the 2010 Lincoln MKS, Lincoln MKT and Ford Flex and come standard on the 2010 Ford Taurus SHO.

Ford Motor Company began production of its EcoBoost engines ( earlier post ) at Cleveland Engine Plant No. Approximately 250 employees are returning to the plant to build the new engines. The first EcoBoost engine in the family—the 3.5-liter A V-6 EcoBoost engine will be available for the F-150 in 2010.
