This reminds me of Chrysler tying to sell little three wheelers (I think thats what they were) in China when the people really wanted a normal car. If a go-cart cant legally drive there, then this thing wont be able to either. Id hate to see a tahoe vs one of these downtown. Maybe three. But load it up and youll fail here too.
