After various high-end Imperials got LeBaron branding over the decades, Chrysler decided to turn the Dodge Diplomat into a swanky luxury machine and revive the storied LeBaron name in the process. Another problem with the 1977-1981 LeBaron was its all-too-obvious resemblance to its cheap Dodge Diplomat and Plymouth Gran Fury siblings.

We feel that’s cheap insurance against the dude in that brodozer who swears he didn’t run the light.

In fact, we reckon there are almost 20 load-haulers either confirmed or said to be on the way to production. Being built at a new Gigafactory in Austin Texas, first US Cybertruck deliveries are scheduled for production late in 2023, having been delayed on multiple occasions. Let’s check out the list. Will it come to Australia?

That happened to me in a long sweeper – I was carrying a tad too much speed so I gave the Brembos a light brush and the car settled right into line. It’s also worth noting that all the Mustangs we drove were pre-production cars, so perhaps it was a simple teething issue. This car isn’t cheap, and that stinks.
