Great Wall Motors (GWM) is a Chinese carmaker that has had a presence in Australasia for the past 13 years. They have a dealer network and many petrol and diesel cars on Australian and New Zealand roads. The vehicles have improved greatly since they were introduced as cheap, yet not so reliable, options.

Back in 2020 when we visited the Chetak experience center at FC road in Pune , we were told that the swing arm motor and the battery pack were imported from Bosch. We still are not sure about the motor and controller, but Bajaj must have localized them too. What do you guys think? The price definitely seems inflated in our opinion.

2022 BMW iX M60 large electric SUV 551km: Polestar 2 Long Range Single Motor, $68,400 Cracking range for the price, the long range version of the Polestar 2 can be DC fast-charged from 10-80 percent charge in as little as 35 minutes. Not cheap, but a 95kWh battery, 446km range and 150kW DC fast charging are wins.
