The plan calls for 39 mpg for cars and 30 mpg for light trucks and SUVs by 2016; no automaker lawsuits; and California subscribes to the national program through 2016. In addition to the California funds there is federal stimulus money, $41 million by mid-April, being doled out to their projects, many of zero environmental benefit.

A plug and a pack can make a car a 101 MPG vehicle aided by electricity. ! along with a 110-v AC opportunity charge provided as well. Particularly to the Plug-in Hybrids Electric Vehicle (PHEV) like the Toyota Prius before them as well as converting internal combustion engines into pure Electrics!

Florence, Pinal Cty My request is to line up with appropriate AAA persons handling for those in charge of growing Arizona counties green and clean, sustainable and electric, inside and outside of government in order in order to coordinate liaison. Maybe the "Spirit" can grab an opportunity charge from a common 110-volt AC outlet.
