Particularly to the Plug-in Hybrids Electric Vehicle (PHEV) like the Toyota Prius before them as well as converting internal combustion engines into pure Electrics! After all, if the US Stimulus Package program could do "Cash for Clunkers," then why not "Cash for Conversions!".
