(We We will have similar solutions available for better (but more expensive) nickel-metal hydride or lithium-ion batteries.)

That’s certainly the case here in Torrance, California where I live and work. We’ve now got some Mo going with: California solar loan financing that will eliminate the big up front cost of solar. The property owners pay off the loans as an assessment item on their property tax bills. Most have no idea.

It is aggressively in talks with Portland General Electric Plug-In Charging Stations , ( POR ) and other states including Michigan, and California that are scrambling to offer incentives. Tax credit incentives are also available to consumers in the U.S. market for sustainable “green” energy purchases.
