It is aggressively in talks with Portland General Electric Plug-In Charging Stations , ( POR ) and other states including Michigan, and California that are scrambling to offer incentives. The Renault-Nissan Alliance is building fleet charging stations in Portland and Phoenix. I wont be buying an electric car of any kind.
