In 2021, Colorado's Lightning eMotors is introducing a new Generation 4 model of its popular Lightning Electric Transit Van. The Gen 4 model achieves 61 MPGe on certified dyno testing, compared to 13 MPG for the gasoline version. The Class 3 van supports wheelchair lifts, custom floor rails, and custom bus doors.

liter Duramax turbodiesel is EPA rated at 22 mpg city/26 highway/24 combined. mpg, but on a 100-mile all-freeway run with the adaptive cruise control set at 65 mph, we got an impressive 29.8 But nudging 30 mpg is impressive, which was aided by the engine stop/start system, which shuts off the engine rather than idling.

The EPA rated the Santa Cruz’ fuel economy at 19 mpg city/27 highway/22 combined. In 226 miles of mostly freeway driving through Southern California we averaged 23.8 4-cylinder that gets 21 mpg city/26 highway/23 combined with front-wheel drive, and 21/27/23 mpg with AWD. Road Test: 2018 Chevrolet Colorado.

Hitting the Dusty (and Rocky and Rutted) Road Departing the host hotel, the Red Cliffs Lodge , we drove on scenic Route 128 for 15 miles alongside the Colorado River Canyon, catching glimpses of rafters.
