I have used a rotary switch in the Reva, a stick shift in the Mahindra e2o, a rotating knob in the Tata Nexon EV - and now the button selector in the I- PACE. I am told that the standard home fitment is going to be a 7 KW charger. We landed back home at 2230 hrs and got stopped by our own building watchman.

My suggestion to the company would be to actually build a grounds-up EV. The charging port standard is also something that they can relook at. Compared to the Nexon’s 8 year warranty, the MG’s standard warranty is 5 years. Jay’s first EV was the DC motor Reva, which he bought way back in the early 2000s.
